Ginza Kimuraya is famous for its sakadane anpan (bread rolls made with rice malt and filled with sweet bean paste). The bread factory in the shop makes 150 different types of handmade bread a day.
The first floor bakery offers numerous types of fresh bread. The second floor cafe offers delicious cakes. The third floor grillroom offers a classic menu of Ginza-style Western dishes. The fourth floor restaurant offers superb dishes carefully selected by our chef.

We offer a new style of Japanese cuisine that blends tradition with innovation and Japanese with Western-style.
The concept for the cuisine is “Japanese food that goes well with wine.”
The menu is only one course recommended by the head chef who previously worked at Ginza Uchiyama. Enjoy cuisine created from out-of-the-box thinking and ingenuity.

“Enjoy the spirit of our chefs through the flavor and deliciousness of a single nigiri-sushi”
This tradition has remained unchanged in more than 70 years of Kyubey’s establishment.
There is nothing like the spirit of good service to let you enjoy the current moment comfortably, through the use of the natural flavor of simple ingredients.
The Japanese style building is built in the style of a modern tea-ceremony house, giving foreign visitors a chance to feel the wonders of Japan.
