Kappou Nakajima

Kappou Nakajima

Longstanding kappo (fine cuisine at a counter) restaurant established in 1931.

Kappou Nakajima was independently opened by Teijiro Nakajima, the first head chef of the ryotei (high-class Japanese cuisine) restaurant, “Hoshigaoka Saryo” that was established by the great artist and rare gourmet food lover, Rosanjin Kitaoji.

Eighty years after it opened, the third generation is carrying on its traditions by carefully selecting calligraphy and serving dishes, and finding the best ingredients of all four seasons. We welcome you to visit.
