The colorful products light up beautifully in the sunlight. The softness makes me feel as if I was in nature.<\/li>\n<li class=\"answer\"><span class=\"bold\">Nishiya: <\/span><br \/>\nDesigned by architect Terunobu Fujimori, this space has been created using a great amount of natural materials. We used straw in the plaster wall and jute in the floors, Jute is a material that we have been working with since our establishment.<\/p>\n<p>That object is a combination of the \u201cvan,\u201d a bicycle-like cart that is used to transport leather, and Fujimori-san\u2019s moss tower, symbolizing the relationship between Japan and Bangladesh. <\/p>\n<p>At the Ginza Store, customers can see the entire lineup of our products, from leather products to jewelry and apparel, as well as what we are about and what we care about.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csrboxright\">\n<div class=\"photobox\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Csr_38_01.jpg\" alt=\"\u5e97\u8217\u7d71\u62ec\u8cac\u4efb\u8005\uff08\u9280\u5ea7\u30a8\u30ea\u30a2\u62c5\u5f53\uff09\u306e\u897f\u8c37\u5ec9\u3055\u3093\" class=\"maB_reset\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"note\">Mr. Ren Nishiya, Regional Store Manager (Ginza Area) <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"photobox2 clearFix\">\n<div class=\"photoleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Csr_38_02.jpg\" alt=\"8\u6708\u306b\u30aa\u30fc\u30d7\u30f3\u3057\u305f\u9280\u5ea7\u5e97\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"note\">The Ginza Store, opened in August 2020 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"photoright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Csr_38_03.jpg\" alt=\"\u300c\u30d0\u30f3\u300d\u3068\u82d4\u5c71\u3092\u639b\u3051\u5408\u308f\u305b\u305f\u30aa\u30d6\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"note\">A marriage of \u201cvan\u201d and moss tower.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csrbox\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"question\">\u2500 Beginning in Bangladesh, you now manugfacture your products in six different countries. <\/li>\n<li class=\"answer\"><span class=\"bold\">Nishiya\uff1a<\/span><br \/>\nIn Bangladesh we make bags and smaller leather items using the unique local leather and jute. In Nepal, we manufacture stoles using natural threads, including silk, wool and cashmere. Almost 90% of rubies on the market have been heat-treated for a more vibrant color. At MOTHERHOUSE, our rubies are untreated, so that the natural beauty of the gemstones can be enjoyed. For example, the very slim \u201cMinimatou\u201d collection was created in response to the changing times.<\/p>\n<p>COVID-19 has changed the way we work and the way we possess things. \u201cMinimatou\u201d has become a popular item in these new times.\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"answer\"><span class=\"bold\">\u897f\u8c37\uff1a<\/span><br \/>\nWe have also released the RINNE series, remade from recovered used leather bags. It is a part of our Social Vintage program, under which we demonstrate how products can be used over a long period of time through care and repair. We have always offered repair services, but with RINEE, we are very conscious about the value people will discover when products are reborn as new products. <\/p>\n<p>Each product comes in a different shade. Please tell me how we you feel about Ginza.\u3002<\/li>\n<li class=\"answer\"><span class=\"bold\">Nishiya:<\/span><br \/>\nIn the first catalogue that we compiled after our establishment, we included an illustration that connected Ginza and Dhaka. That shows how strongly we looked at Ginza as one of our goals from the very beginning. <\/p>\n<p>This space is full of dreams. Wishing to pursue a career that would involve communicating the potential that people possess and connecting people with other people, he joined MOTHERHOUSE just after graduating from university in 2017. Inspired by the environment and lifestyle of California, which he visited for the first time as a junior high school student, he went to university in California from the age of 19 to 23 while working at jobs on movie sets. He developed an interest in art, photography, and fashion. After returning to Japan, he was employed in the photography industry but left his job after one month, as he came to question the industrial structure and the way people worked. After experiencing apps development and starting a think-tank in Nagatacho, he launched his own business at the age of 25 with the aim of bringing into the world what he sought to create. Beginning with a company specializing in gifts, he launched various businesses, including those in advertising, food services, apps development, and school management. After ten years, feeling lost in terms of his connection to society and who his business or work was helping, he sold his company to a friend, when he happened to meet MOTHERHOUSE. After working for six months as a store staff, he is currently in charge of marketing, public relations and recruiting interns.
