Ginza has overcome a number of difficulties, from the Great Fire of the Meiji Era, the Great Kanto Earthquake, and World War II, to the Great East Japan Earthquake and COVID-19 pandemic, so this year\u2019s concept is \u201cAn Active and Lively Autumn of Culture\u201d.
