{"id":5514,"date":"2016-04-21T13:05:25","date_gmt":"2016-04-21T04:05:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ginza.jp\/?p=5514"},"modified":"2016-05-17T17:56:11","modified_gmt":"2016-05-17T08:56:11","slug":"%e7%ac%ac%e5%8d%81%e5%9b%9e-%e9%8a%80%e5%ba%a7%e6%9f%b3%e3%81%be%e3%81%a4%e3%82%8a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ginza.jp\/en\/event\/5514","title":{"rendered":"GINZA WILLOW FESTIVAL 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"top2016yanagi\">\n<section>\n<p class=\"headline\">The Ginza Willow Festival has been held on May 5th (Children\u2019s Day) every year since 2006 to commemorate the planting of an orderly display of willow trees on Nishi Ginza-dori when it was designated as a symbolic road of Tokyo. <br \/>\nWe are holding the 10th Ginza Willow Festival this year as well, thanks to the outstanding support and cooperation of the Tsukiji Police Station, Chuo City, Tokyo and other government ministries and agencies, Ginza Association, Ginmikai (Ginza Merchant\u2019s Association), all the performers, and other individuals who are involved in running the festival. <\/p>\n<p>This year, we chose a theme of \u201cpeace of mind\u201d with the hope that everyone coming to Ginza to enjoy the Ginza Willow Festival can also experience the hospitality and communication that is distinctive of this district.
