And as such Ginza Mitsukoshi will be holding the festival event &#8220;Tsuya Matsuri&#8221; on the 9th floor Terrace Garden. <\/p>\n<p>There will be shooting targets as well as water yo-yo fishing booths. <\/p>\n<p>Candy sculptures will also be on sale along with live demonstrations by sculpture craftsmen.  <\/p>\n<p>Visit with children and with family!
