KOGEI WALK is a 14-day event from October 23rd (Friday) to November 5th (Thursday) that connects the CREATORS of traditional crafts with us, the USERS, through 27 lifestyle shops—the SELLERS—in Tokyo. During the event, you can encounter crafts from across Japan that you usually don’t have an opportunity to get in touch with, while exploring areas such as Ginza, Nihonbashi, and Omotesando.
Eleven shops in the Ginza area will participate, including GINZA ITOYA Main Store, GINZA FUJIYA, KYUKYODO Ginza Store, and GINZA TANAGOKORO. Each shop selects traditional crafts, visits their production areas, and consults with artisans to select or develop products that will be exhibited and sold during the event. Another unique feature of KOGEI WALK is the opportunity to enjoy demonstrations and workshops by artisans invited from the production areas. For details on the event and participation, please check the official website.
This year, we will hold a stamp rally campaign. Visitors who collect the required number of points by visiting participating stores will receive an original item at the Japan Traditional Crafts Aoyama Square. In addition, customers who complete a questionnaire using the card provided when purchasing eligible products will receive a special discount that can be used at the Japan Traditional Crafts Aoyama Square.
Take this opportunity to enjoy an autumn stroll through Tokyo while discovering a carefully curated selection of traditional crafts from across Japan.
The official KOGEI WALK 2026 brochure, which contains details about participating stores and other event information, is also available at the G Info Ginza Tourist Information Center.
