Are there public bicycle parking lots in Ginza?

Bicycles are a comfortable and convenient vehicle. Not only are bicycles important from an environmental measures perspective, but the increase in number of residences in the Ginza area has resulted in more people riding bicycles for commuting or shopping. At the same time, the number of cases of illegal bicycle parking is growing every year, and riding without following traffic etiquette is very dangerous for pedestrians and cars. Also, illegal bicycle parking makes the streets look cluttered.

① Ginza Mitsukoshi underground bicycle parking lot. Access via the elevator from Mihara-dori St. 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Free for two hours, 100 yen for every four hours after that. Has 192 spaces.
②Tokyu Plaza Ginza 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Free for two hours, 100 yen for every four hours after that.
③ Ginza 6-Chome underground bicycle parking lot. Open 24 hours. Access from GINZA SIX Miyuki-dori St. Free for two hours, 100 yen for every eight hours after that. Requires advance registration (1,000 yen registration fee). Has 400 spaces.
④ Kabuki-za Tower bicycle parking lot. Alley off Showa-dori St. behind Kabuki-za. Open 24 hours. Free all day for general users. Long-term reserved rental parking spaces are also available. Has 40 spaces for general users.
⑤ In Chuo City, the area under the Tokyo Expressway that runs from Ginza to Kyobashi has bicycle parking. It includes 118 spaces under Nishiginza-dori St. overpass, 50 spaces under the overpass one block west of Showa-dori St., and 39 spaces under the Showa-dori St. overpass.
