Our mission is to create sweets to delight Ginza customers who know the real taste. We seek out only the very best ingredients, bringing out the most exquisite flavor with a combination of craftsmanship and originality.
We will continue to infuse our small sweets with Japan’s special natural blessings and seasonal pleasures, delivering them to the daily lives of customers and those they hold dear.
