We purchase whole Kumamoto Akaushi Cattle,
and with the cooperation of many people, we proudly offer Kumamoto Akaushi bone-in sirloin steak, a rare find in Japan, that we have perfected after numerous rounds of improvement to make it as delicious as possible.
