In collaboration with the PlayStation 5 (PS5®), which celebrates its fifth anniversary this November, PLAY IN GINZA, a playground for all ages, will be holding a program in PARK B2/Basement 2 where visitors can experience PS5® games. The event draws inspiration from Ginza PlayStation, a popular attraction in the Sony Building, predecessor of the current Ginza Sony Park. In addition to the PS5 game section, PLAY IN GINZA will feature an archival exhibition of successive PlayStation® (PS®) models, sales of official merchandise, and other thrilling events that are sure to delight adults and children alike.

Program
Five fully immersive game experiences
There are a total of five adorable and exciting games at the section where visitors can play PS5® games: “ASTRO BOT,” an action game which won multiple international awards, “My First Gran Turismo,” a driving game that is fun even for newbies to the Gran Turismo series, “Professional Baseball Spirits 2024-2025,” (Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd.) a highly realistic baseball game, “DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS,” (KOEI TECMO GAMES CO., LTD.), an exhilarating action game where players face off against thousands of foes, and “Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2,” (Aniplex Inc.) an action game about destroying demons, based on the anime Demon Slayer. The uniquely gorgeous graphics and sounds of the PS5 combined with the groundbreaking DualSense wireless controller deliver game experiences rich in immersion.
In addition, visitors can take part in a time attack challenge featuring “My First Gran Turismo.” Those who clear the challenge will receive original sticker patches featuring designs inspired by ASTRO BOT, DualSense, and more.







Archival exhibition of successive PlayStation models, and PlayStation merchandise shop
There will be an exhibition of past PlayStation hardware and televisions from the time at the archive section next to the game section. The exhibition will be modeled after the Ginza PlayStation from the Sony Building era.
PlayStation merchandise will also be available for purchase. Visitors who buy ¥2,200 (tax included) or more worth of merchandise will receive a free postcard with an original “PLAY IN GINZA” design. (on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last).




The world premiere of all 30 limited-edition PlayStation posters on display together
All 30 limited-edition PlayStation posters that were packaged with the special PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection PS5 model will be on display during the program. Enjoy this opportunity to reflect on the history and product design of the PlayStation through the years.
