Ginza Rangetsu was established in 1947. We used to serve sukiyaki to the service men of the American Occupation Forces at the time. Now our customers can also enjoy shabu-shabu and other original beef nabe-ryori (Japanese-style hot pot dish) created out of our innovative ideas, crab, kaiseki ryori (traditional multiple-course Japanese dinner) and so on.
In order to maintain the quality of beef, we purchase a whole cow ranked A-5 only regardless of the brand.
