GINZA MOTOJI
Ginza Motoji is a kimono shop in Ginza Tokyo, founded 42 years ago by Koumei Motoji.
Since then, Ginza Motoji has been producing and selling kimonos to fit the need of the modern customer, and to suit the contemporary city. All of the kimono are order made, and are hand tailored to fit the wearer.
There are two stores in Ginza, Waori Wasen specializing in women’s kimono, and Otoko no Kimono specializing in Men’s Kimono, the first of its kind in Japan.
Ginza Motoji stocks a huge range of kimono from all over Japan. Their offerings include hand woven Oshima Tsumugi, luxurious Yuzen Houmongi, and many works by in demand artists and even Living National Treasures.
