Founded in 1872. The Tokyo-fugetsudo Ginza main shop is known for its “Gaufres ” (delicate butter cream wafers). We carry on orthodox French confectionery traditions in the present day.
The Ginza honten houses a shop that offers a wide selection of exquisitely flavored cakes and baked sweets and café corner for you to take a rest while immersing yourself in the excitement of a stroll through Ginza.

OKAHAN HONTEN
For many years, the Okahan Main Store, located in the Kanetanaka Building on Namiki-dori Street in Ginza 7-chome, has offered Matsusaka Beef, one of Japan’s premier Wagyu beef varieties, and mainly served Ise-style Sukiyaki. At the current location in Ginza 8-chome, you can still enjoy the same delicious tastes that have remained unchanged since the Kanetanaka’s founding in a new setting.

GINZA BAIRIN opened in 1927 as the first tonkatsu (deep-fried pork cutlet) specialty shop in Ginza.
We are famous as the original creators of one-bite cutlets, our specialty tonkatsu sauce, and cutlet sandwiches.
In order to widely introduce Japanese food culture to countries throughout the world, we also bring our food overseas, to Hawaii, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and South Korea.

Renga-tei opened in 1895 in Ginza as a Western-style restaurant. We developed dishes such as pork cutlets and other fried foods, omu-rice (rice omelet) and hayashi rice (hashed beef with rice), becoming the first restaurant in Japan to be called a Western-style restaurant.
Although the times have changed through the Meiji, Taisho, Showa and Heisei eras, we have continued making Western-style dishes that are well-loved in Japan.
We also have private tatami rooms.

Kanetanaka An is a restaurant that serves Kappo-style dining at the counter. “Kuikiri Kappo,” a style of dining in which customers communicate directly with the chef over the counter, is the origin of Kanetanaka.
It is a wonderful way to witness the chef’s skills up close and enjoy the freshly prepared dishes.
The restaurant has three rooms of varying sizes (for 4-8 persons), available for work-related hospitality and celebrations.
