The famous Nagoya “misokatsu” (pork cutlet in miso sauce) can now be enjoyed in Ginza, Tokyo as well. Our misokatsu is loved by not only people from Nagoya but also by people from all over Japan.
Try our special masterpiece — pork cutlets made with carefully selected pork produced in South Kyushu and topped with our secret recipe miso sauce passed down through the ages since our founding. Reservations, take out, and mail order are also available.

We offer 7 types of entremets and 12-15 different kinds of cakes that change with the season, as well as cookies, chocolate, and gift-wrapped boxes of baked goods.
