Scheduled to open on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. This live performance-based restaurant is a place where visitors from abroad can enjoy a fusion of sumo, Japanese cuisine, and Edo-period culture.
Sumo shows performed entirely in English, kaiseki cuisine that captures Japan’s unique aesthetic sense, and an Edo-era atmosphere combine in one setting to create a special experience where guests from around the world can savor Japanese culture with all five senses.
